This game could have been awesome. If u check most car classes are so slow. 500 hp group b cats have the same lap times as 300 hp group a cars, even new 300 hp rally cars have the same lap times🤦♂️

My dirt 5 keeps on giving me an error screen after I completed some races in the career mode, this is on the ps5. Never did it before now After I hade updated the new update patch. Does Any one else have this problem?

This game has beautiful graphics but overall it is garbage. The use of the dual sense vibrations is Awful. You can get to the end credits in a few hours without beating every race. It’s a super easy not exciting game. This game should be on Android and iOS. 🤮

It fixed them for me and a couple popped as soon as I loaded the game so I didn't need to replay it. The frame rate still drops pretty bad, which doesn't make sense since the graphics are average.

Anyone else feel like dirt 5 was just kind of lack lustre? AI was way too easy in the start and there’s already no one playing multiplayer, it’s just not very exciting, nothing compared to the thrills of dirt 3.

@Katsudon96 Gaming the normal Dirt series has been more arcadey (with Dirt Rally being the sim series) but this one felt more like Dirt Showdown than any previous Dirt game. Saying that it's made by a different studio isn't really an excuse (it's still under the Codies banner and if you compare KOTOR 1/2 or Fallout 3/New Vegas, new devs don't automatically mean the entire game feels different) Dirt 5 just didn't feel as substansive to me as previous 'numbered' Dirt games and the tone/handling feels more like Showdown to me. Kind of like how Slightly Mad Studios did a handbrake turn on their handling model for Project Cars 3, I think that they've changed the overall feel of the game in a weird way compared to the previous numbered entries.

@reno2200 They were honest, they literally said before release that they splitting up the Dirt games to keep Rally to the Dirt Rally series and keeping the Arcade to the Main Dirt series which is now being made by the Devs who made Onrush (Ex devs of Evolution Studios who made DriveClub, and Motorstorm)

I thought it was fine. i have only experienced 1 bug on both PS4 and PS5 versions and it was an easy fix. runs fine and is fun. would like more cars, but i guess they are making them Paid DLC... annoying. Would like more tracks and locations... A dirt game without Australia is annoying, we have a big background of Rally and and offroad racing thanks to the Telstra Rally and the Hyden events.
